Terms of Service and Purchase Conditions
The terms for the Living Off AI platform and the AI OS Cohort.
1. Who we are
The Living Off AI platform and the AI OS Cohort are offered by Gianluca Giuliani (Living Off AI), Via Francesco Paolo Bonifacio 203, Rome, Italy, together with co-instructor Egils Boitmanis. Contact: hello@livingoffai.com.
2. The service
An 8-week live online program in English (the "AI OS Cohort") including: weekly live group sessions (Thursdays, 17:00 Riga time, starting September 3, 2026), with every session recorded; levelling pre-recorded content; access to the Living Off AI Nexus members platform; a WhatsApp support community; one free 90-minute 1:1 onboarding call, splittable into two 45-minute sessions; and a certificate of completion (a course certificate, not an accredited qualification). Access to the recordings and materials lasts 12 months after the cohort ends.
3. Applications and payment
Applying is free and is not a purchase. A seat is confirmed only after payment. The price is €499, with the first 10 confirmed seats at the early price of €399; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm. After your application is approved you receive a secure checkout link.
4. Right of withdrawal and guarantee
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund. On top of that legal right, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee: write to hello@livingoffai.com within 15 days of your purchase and we refund 100% of what you paid.
5. Minimum group size
Running the cohort depends on a minimum number of paying members. If the minimum is not reached, the cohort may be cancelled and everything you paid is refunded in full or, at your choice, converted into credit for the following cohort.
6. Your responsibilities
Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing accounts or redistributing materials is not allowed. Third-party tools used during the program (AI subscriptions, a small server) are contracted directly by you and have their own costs, indicated during the program.
7. Results and your work
The program teaches a method and its implementation; results depend on how each member applies it. Testimonials and examples are real cases from the founding cohort, with no promise of identical results. What you build during the program is yours. Session recordings are for participants' own learning and are never published without consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of Rome, or to the courts of your home jurisdiction where consumer law so provides.
