Privacy Policy
How Living Off AI collects, uses, and protects your data when you visit our pages, apply to a cohort, or register for an event.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Gianluca Giuliani (Living Off AI), Via Francesco Paolo Bonifacio 203, Rome, Italy. For anything about your data, write to hello@livingoffai.com.
2. What we collect
What you submit through our forms: name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and your answers to application questions. We also record the referral source of your visit (ref and utm parameters) so we know which partner or channel pointed you here. If you accept tracking (see below), we additionally collect usage and device data through analytics and advertising tools.
3. Cookies and tracking
By default we only use what is strictly necessary to run the site. Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) are loaded only if you accept them in the consent banner; until then, no marketing cookies are set and Google runs in cookieless consent mode. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, or by writing to us.
4. Why we process your data
To evaluate cohort applications and deliver the program you join (performance of a contract); to contact you about the cohort, masterclass, or list you signed up for (your consent); to measure what works in our pages and campaigns (your consent, via the banner); and to keep the platform secure and functioning (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and we do not add you to unrelated lists.
5. Where your data lives and who sees it
The platform database runs on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium region). Our CRM and email tooling (including Airtable and Resend) may process data outside the EU under the safeguards provided by their standard contractual clauses. Payment data is handled entirely by the payment processor and never touches our servers. The cohort roster (name, contact, application status) is shared between the two co-instructors, Gianluca Giuliani and Egils Boitmanis, strictly to deliver the program.
6. How long we keep it
Application and registration data is kept for the current cohort cycle and reasonable follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time; deleting your data removes you from the waitlist and from our communications.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you gave, by writing to hello@livingoffai.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
